Sherwood's wound care technology is derived from our expertise in identifying and isolating bio-active molecules secreted by maggots that are used to stimulate healing. Our technology, which is protected by a comprehensive patent portfolio, will address one or more key aspects of wound healing, including:

• the removal of dead tissue
• disinfection
• the stimulation of new tissue growth

Our technology shall be used to develop products that will remove the difficulties associated with the storage and use of live maggots.
